Introduction.?This is a comparatively rare condition and we have been able to find only one case which has been reported as occurring in an Indian patient. Raj an and Rangiah (1941) described a case with the typical triad of urethritis, polyarthritis and skin lesions. Sutton and Sutton in their classical book on skin diseases have excellent illustrations of the skin condition and quote Roth (1905) who records cases without arthritis. They also quote
